Reservations
We encourage our guests to schedule their appointments in advance to ensure that their preferred treatment or therapist is available. Bookings made on the day of service & walk-in appointments are always welcome, based on availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit/debit card & telephone number.

Children
As a courtesy to other spa guests, children are not permitted in the spa treatment areas or left unattended in the Reception area and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Minimum age for treatments
An adult must accompany all spa guests under 16 years old at all times. Nail services are available for all ages. It is our goal to provide a safe and quiet atmosphere in the Spa.

Health & Comfort Level
Please notify our Spa Concierge when booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, recent surgeries, allergies, or if you are pregnant. Also, please advise us of any medication you're taking. If you have any concerns, please let us know. It is always advisable to check with your doctor prior to your arrival. Please note that shaving is not recommended before a Body Treatment or Men's Facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least four hours prior to your service.

Arrival and Check-In Procedure
To relax and allow yourself time to check in and enjoy our amenities, we recommend that you arrive at least 15-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Oversized robes and slippers are provided; however, our spa attendant is available to assist should you have any further requests.

For spa appointments, we recommend showering prior to your treatment for optimal service benefits. Please bear in mind that arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
We value your business & appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible & providing a minimum of 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments to avoid any charges being made to your credit card.

Return Policy
Please be aware that all sales are final. Items that have not been opened or used may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 10 days of original purchase accompanied by a receipt.

Service Gratuity
A 18% service charge will be added to all spa services.
